Each chapter is required to submit a paper copy of their Annual Chapter Report (ACR) along with a CD, in PDF format, to the Regional Director.
Each chapter is also required to submit a CD to the Headquarters to the attention of the International Standard and Awards Committee.
The ACR should cover the chapter activities from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011.
Reference pages 12-14 of the Awards & Achievement Guide,
the Annual Chapter Report Submission Policy, and
the Chapter Self Assessment Tool to assist you with your report.
All documents state the ACR must be completed by February 15th, however, the new submission date is FEBRUARY 9, 2012.
The application for the Gulf Coast Region Collegiate Honors Chapter is now available.
Gulf Coast Honors Chapter Application Form
The purpose of this chapter is to recognize the collegiate brothers in our region who excel in academics, and to encourage all of our collegiate brothers to strive for scholastic distinction. The minimum requirements are that a collegiate member of the Gulf Coast Region have a GPA of at least 3.25 (on a 4.0 scale) with at least 70 credit hours. The deadline for submission of the application and supporting documents is March 1, 2012. Please contact Bro.
